This beautiful dress is Victorian meets 21st century. The poplin fabric allows structure and interesting movement while the style is romantic and beautiful. My friend Gita would wear this with short boots and call it a Tuesday but I could see this as guest at a wedding or guest of band or even gallery opening attire.
